This week’s STS is all about a Bloomsbury US Kids & Teen! They hosted a Twitter giveaway of fall ARCs and by the grace of God himself I WON!!! I could scarcely believe my luck, and when I opened the door to find a package from Bloomsbury waiting on my front porch I just about lost it! I was *pinches fingers* this close to tears, I was so happy!!!! So these are the books I’d like to share with you all:D

The Fairy-Tale Matchmaker The Fire Artist Chasing Power Not in the Script Whisper the Dead Heir of Fire

I am incandescently happy with this win! If you don’t already know, Throne of Glass is one of my absolute, all-time FAVORITE series!!! I finished rereading Throne of Glass last night and am close to finishing my reread of Crown of Midnight, all in preparation for the release of HEIR OF FIRE on Tuesday!!!! I know I’m all gushy and babbling but I fangirl hardcore to the MAX when it comes to TOG!!!:D

Happy Reading!;)

I’m a little late on the post, but I am posting . . . That has to count for something, right?;)

Oh, and I saw IF I STAY today!!! You better believe a softie like me had some prominent tear tracks by the time the movie was through. And I have to say, they did an absolutely FANTASTIC job with the movie, I LOVED it!

I know, it’s been a while. A long, looooooong while. But I’m back! And because it’s been so long since I’ve posted a STS and you know I was still purchasing and borrowing books like nobody’s business, I’ve got quite a few booklings to share with you all.

From Book Outlet, Amazon, Half Price Books, LibraryThing and borrowing from friends–bear with me!

The Face on the Milk Carton Whatever Happened to Janie The Voice on the Radio What Janie Found What Janie Saw Janie Face to Face Just Like the Movies Aces Up If You Find Me The Beginning of After The Faerie Ring The Iron Knight Landry Park Pawn This is Not a Test Summer State of Mind Slammed Ugly Love

This is going to sound terribly embarrassing, but I remember reading the first four books in the Janie Johnson series and thinking, “That’s not the closure I was expecting,” upon finishing What Janie Found. Come to find out two weeks ago that the fourth book was not the end of the story! So I’m going to reread the first four and finish out the series.

I also own The Iron Knight in kindle form, but the other three books I own physical copies of, and I felt like I needed TIK in physical form to round out the series right;)

And if you haven’t read anything by Colleen Hoover, you are missing out! I read Ugly Love the other day and was fighting off tears with all of my might–she is extraordinary at connecting readers to her characters.

Feeeeeeels.

Welp, that’s all I’ve got for you as a catch-up this week!

Happy Reading;)

B O O K   O U T L E T .

That place is DANGEROUS for me! Their scratch & dent books? Yeah, I went through all 100+ PAGES of books. They’re such fantastic deals that I can’t help myself! And these were the books that I argued with myself over until they were whittled down to just ten lovelies. Yes, you heard me right–this is about half the size of the haul I originally wanted.

*Yoda voice* Impressive deals they have, yes.

Now if I can direct your eyes below, you’ll see the wonderful stories I’ve added to the Land of Danica’s Library:)

Article 5 Breaking Point Angelfire Deadly Cool Something Strange and Deadly Blackout Cracked Up to Be Incarnate The Body Finder The Distance Between Us

And THEN I got together with my friends and we swapped books, so these little guys are borrowed from them:

Fragments The Betrayal of Natalie Hargrove Hex Hall

I made out like a bandit, yeah?

Happy Reading!

I LOVE BOOK OUTLET.

Man, I needed to shout that from the rooftops! I love to look through their scratch & dent books because they’re such a bargain. And most of the time my books end up looking worn well-loved by the time I get them back from loaning them out to friends anyway, so I don’t mind the imperfections:)

AND this week I got a book package from my friend Stacie over at A Wonderland of Reading! She was cleaning out some of her shelves and offered me my choice of books. She is an entirely FANTASTIC person, and I ❤ her!

Some Girls Are Memoirs of a Teenage Amnesiac The Gathering The Extraordinary Secrets of April, May & June Sweet Peril Revolution Starcrossed Meant to Be Unravel Me The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer Sweet Evil

I hope you all of your shelves are shaping up nicely, and Happy Reading!

You better believe I absolutely LOVE this week’s haul.

Seriously in love here.

Because another ACADEMY book was published (which I was unaware of for about a week) and yeah, I already read it;) And I read The Dr. Pepper Prophecies by Jennifer Gilby Roberts a year ago and LOVED it, so I went ahead and bought another of her books. AND my Jennifer E. Smith books I’ve been wait-listed for at the library are now MINE!

Well, not mine, since they belong to the library and all . . . You know what I mean.

*waves it off*

But look at the pretties!

GB6 - Push and Shove The Geography of You and Me This is What Happy Looks Like After Wimbledon

OH! And I saw The Fault in Our Stars on Sunday! It came as no surprise that I was a wreck. I could only hold back for so long, and once those tears slipped free there was no hope of recovering–I let them fall and cleaned up once the movie ended.

How did you fare with TFiOS? Come, tell me your horror stories! (Or composure stories if you’re that strong-willed;))

Happy Reading!
